Proven leadership for Georgia State Senate District 33

On this day, Elfreda honors Juneteenth day in 2023. Elfreda's company Leasing Career & Management Training gave back to the community by participating in the local Juneteenth celebration located in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Elfreda believes that actively engaging in these events allows her to learn from the past, celebrate the resilience and achievements of Black Americans, and reinforce our collective commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable society. 

Elfreda attendance is a small part of a larger effort to support local initiatives and foster unity within her community!

Elfreda launched her own training company, a venture dedicated to providing completely free, comprehensive leasing consultant training. Her goal was twofold: equip community members with valuable, job-ready skills and provide the property management industry with a pool of qualified, confident candidates.

Elfreda's story became a beacon of hope in her community. She proved that with dedication and a giving spirit, one person could create a ripple effect of positive change, providing both skills and opportunity to those who needed it most. Her legacy wasn't just about training; it was about empowering her community, one successful leasing consultant at a time. 

Elfreda Leasing Career & Management Training Company, and her family and coworkers, participated in the 2023 4th of July parade, honoring the spirit of her community and the values of freedom and democracy. Engaging with local events like the Independence Day parade is a highlight for her. It allows Elfreda to connect with the people she works with every day outside of the office and show her appreciation for this vibrant community. 

Elfreda Desvignes have attended the Let's Freedom Ring Parade in 2024. Elfreda ran as a Write-In Candidate for U.S. Congress. 

Elfreda Desvignes also attended the 4th of July Parade with the Cobb County Democrats this (2025) year!
